I have used Clegg's now for several years and the service has been excellent. Just recently I had an experience with one of their technicians, Jasper, and he really went above and beyond in terms of solving a problem I was having in the crawlspace. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue and once corrected he came back to double check all was well. This was an outstanding example of their focus on the customers. Enjoyed our long day with our new tech, Travis. He was thorough, professional, and made sure that I, the property manager and tenant, if available, knew what steps we could take to reduce activity (if there was activity)in all the units that were visited. Travis was so positive and so knowledgeable! So accommodating! Travis helped assess the severity of roach activity in our households. He identified a variety of pests and stages and took the time to address each issue and educate us about roaches, ants, Indian meal moths. Etc... He went into every room and moved every appliance in each of our units to get a whole picture assessment and make a plan for future treatments. There is a lot of value in Travis! Very Grateful for him. Please make sure that your company knows his efforts. I learned so much from this spectacular individual. He has the mindset of getting it all under control and just as positive as everyone has been from Cleggs Pest Control. Thank you for sending one of your best Mr. Singleton !

We don't live in our house at the beach. We paid over $1,000 for a 5-year prevention termite treatment. We only come down once a month. We just happened to come for the weekend & when we arrived, my husband's kayaks were in the backyard. Clegg's didn't bother putting them back where they belong. Needless to say, I was NOT happy!!! If they had gotten stolen, Clegg's would have to send us a full refund. Also, it appears when the technician went under our house (doublewide mobile home), they damaged our HVAC ductwork and we had to pay $2,500 to replace it. No one else goes under the house, so it had to be Clegg's. Not a happy customer at all!!!

I have a problem with the rat entering into my apartment thank God it's in the walls to be honest. I took a video of the sound in Jasper who works for cleggs in Morehead City has been amazing! For the place was located where it was making entry and two traps have been set. He told me have some patience this might not happen overnight. He's so very informative. He's also very supportive and understanding how frightening it made me. He always tells me when he returns and he returns at exactly when he told me he would be back. You can tell he's dedicated to his job. Hands down Jasper has the nicest person I think I've ever met! You have one excellent employee! I want to thank him for being so helpful.. what a top-notch employee. I hope this gives him recognition.. ty again!

Zero stars! Customer service is worse than zero stars. One of their policies is “ if you still have trouble within 30 days, we’ll come out for another investigation” …this happened… an inspector came out and then crickets. It took 2 weeks of us calling them for reservice. Eventually we were told we were liars and that they tried coming but had gate code issues …. Etc etc. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want to tirelessly hound them for service

I do see a note on the account about a gate code for access but we should have followed up with you to make sure we had all the access information needed. Unfortunately, our experience with this service was disappointing. Although they did come out as scheduled, we continued to notice spiders and other pests that we had expected would be eliminated. They do offer a follow-up visit if issues persist, which we requested. However, the follow up service was a no-show. Despite our following up on numerous occasions, communication broke down. They failed to return our calls as promised and when we did manage to chat with someone, we were accused of lying. At this point, due to the “service” we received, will unfortunately not recommend their services

Technician with the company never communicates with he will be on site , never requests the key code to enter home, never leaves documentation is being on site and never evidence he performed the service. Management was contacted and no improvement or transfer to a different technician. It’s obvious home spraying was not being g performed when the technician does not request the key code to enter.

We have recently promoted from within for a new Branch Manager for this location so I can assure you there have been many changes this year regarding level of service and communication with the customer. When I first came to y’all I loved y’all. Y’all was great then after. Using y’all for years years Yeah, backed off. I have more righteous now than I did win your first cape talk to y’all To y’all about it Nothing gets done So your man doesn’t come and yet you guys say he did be there all day and there be no Clegg’s pest control show up and then when I call you guys say he was there or that weren’t so that’s why I discontinued my service Some of the guys are great And do a great job and others come in there and act like it’s a bother for them to be there to do their job so that’s why I quit y’all
I am happy to offer a review after being solicited to do so. I would not recommend this business to anyone! I have made several attempts to contact them concerning a credit that I have with them. I paid them for a service they never provided and paid them for quarterly spraying they actually did provide. I was assured it would be taken care of and shortly I receive a couple of calls trying to collect a payment! You guys have to be kidding me! I have a perfect credit score and pay my bills promptly. Their lack of attention to detail and obvious lack of communication is the reason for this terrible review. I am still awaiting a phone call from Mike, who I believe is the local manager. I am merely trying to settle a payment issue. Mike, who was on vacation this week obviously was not expected to respond. However, a company this size should have the ability to discuss a financial issue with a client! Avoid, avoid, avoid this company! This is my one star evaluation, with my compliments!
First call, no show. Second “will promise to come by in a hour on my way home” no show. Third I followed their truck into a neighbors driveway but he could only fix dehumidifiers. Fourth “We’re so sorry and will have our inspector there at 10am tomorrow.” Again a no show. Strike 4 you’re out!!!!!!
had a scheduled visit for the 20th Oct from 9 to 11 am and they never showed. I called and left message which was returned much later that same day with no explanation of why exactly they no showed. I gave them 2nd chance and rescheduled for the following Monday at same time. 11:09 am someone showed up with no explanation as to why he was late nor no phone call before hand giving me a heads up. When came time for payment, he stated he didnt have the credit card receipts to take my payment. I texted number that sent me confirmation that I needed a invoice to pay. Anna who I spoke with to schedule service apologized and stated she would speak to Kevins supervisor. today is Thursday and nothing has been sent for me to pay. I messaged her again that I had not received anything and no response. The day service was orginally scheduled was beautiful sunshiney day and the day it was serviced, it was raining when service was scheduled but had started to rain when he arrived which Im sure the product was washed away. I acknowledge this as well with Anna and Kevin and they both said if I called them within 30 days then they would come back and re-do the spray. So, I found them off internet and called a few places and decided to go wirh them because they were offering a $49.00 discount. this was my 1st time using Cleggs
Used Cleggs for over a year, service was fine. Serviceman had a great attitude. Recently tried to set service back up after we had to discontinue service last year after some financial difficulties. Had an appointment set up for last Wednesday as it was my husband's day off. They never showed up. When he called to inquire about it, he was told they need to check with the exterminator and he'd receive a call back. Friday rolled around and they never called back so my husband called them again. Was again told they have to check with the exterminator, again received no call back. Today he called a third time. He was told they had to check with the manager. No call back. Done trying to schedule this appointment; done trying to set service back up with Clegg's. Going with a competitor instead.
