Unfortunately this company has very poor customer service. I had my fiancé schedule with them, they were very rude and condescending. We eventually did schedule a service for inside our home. They were inside the house no longer than 3 minutes. Shotty work and rude customer service. Would not recommend especially for the prices they charge.

Great experience with lady bug, love that they come back out within 10-14days of the first treatment to be sure you get quality service. My tech Christina was amazing very laid back and down to earth.
