BUG OUT DOES NOT stand behind their service and products. They encased my crawl space with their premium quality material. Less than 5 years later - they say I have no guarantee - but I do have moisture residue!!!!! I have asked for a copy of my contract and was told they have expanded and don't have access to previous service orders! Because I no longer use their pest control - I was told - they will correct the moisture issue. Bogus to say the least. Don't get ripped off like I did. Bug Of

Travis Cardwell was the most professional, hard working and caring technician Bug Out has ever sent out to my home in Clemmons, NC. He went above and beyond to solve the problem with killing the box elder bugs that swarmed my house from my neighbors trees close to my driveway. I have used Bug Out several times, but Travis Cardwell was the most knowledgeable and most professional technician you all have ever sent out. Travis Cardwell did an amazing job treating my boxelder bugs. My house was infested with them. He made sure to do get every crevice around the home. He also followed up and ensured the issued had been resolved. Not only did he check back in but he made sure to do a foñllow visit to ensure the issue had been addressed. I would recommend Bugout any time.
