FANTASTIC.

For past 2 years, termite service is terrible (should have heeded red flags at start 6yrs ago). Will be canceling service. Called 2 weeks ago to complain to live person in office. I was told I would receive a call back from mgmt. Still no voice mail as of today.

Terrible company to work with. One of their technicians showed up unannounced, My dog was out front barking, and he immediately left. They sent me a bill and when I called, they told me that there is nothing they can do and that the technician marked the service as completed. SCAM

Rickie is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He answered our questions and issues with clarity and thoroughness, respectively. (With Rickie and Peggy's kind help, we were even able to work past the sometimes ineffective new auto-scheduling system.)

We are canceling our service with Paramount. While they came to our house the first time, every subsequent time has either been cancelled with about 15-30 minutes notice or resulted a complete no-show. One service was scheduled without us being notified of the time and date that was set. We had to call to find this out, and when made ourselves available for that time, the appointment was cancelled 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The repeat appointment was scheduled, and the technician never arrived.

Quality is just not there absolutely awful communication as well as it is a new technician every visit.

I’ve been with Home Paramount for a long time. For many years they were great, prompt, excellent service and treatments worked to keep pests at a minimum. However, in the last 2-3 years the service has gone downhill. Treatments don’t work as well, while techs are friendly, overall service of this company has significantly declined. On more than one occasion they’ve called last minute to reschedule or just not shown up with no call, including today. Once they didn’t show and when we called they said they weren’t able to come so they’d rescheduled, but no one ever notified us. Today was the last straw, I will be canceling my service tomorrow and finding a new one.

Poor service. Had a commercial contract with them, they stopped showing up with no contact at all. David is unprofessional and dishonest and gives the run around. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Freaking Joke of a company.

Paid for termite service. A month goes by with no one to call about scheduling an inspection so I call to cancel. I've had to call three times in the last week to restart the process of getting a refund. And to add to that, the main reason I wanted to cancel is I found out from a customer service rep that they don't really do anything about the termites. They just look for them then advise you on what you should do. Update response to reply: I've called at least 5 times the number the owner left below asking for refund. Four of those times I've been told I'd see the refund within 48 hrs. Still haven't received it. Another failed commitment.

This company was recommended to me by another professional to treat for mosquitos around our pool area. Had an appt scheduled for Friday between 9 - 11am. Never showed up or called. When I called he acted like he didn't even remember speaking to me two days earlier. We rescheduled for today between 9 - 11am. He was a no-show/no-call again. Moving on...

Tried to reschedule appointment to different day, and their representative said OK, but the worker still went there, called my agent to open the door for him. The agent called me said the paramount guy was here, I called back to their office, and was told just let him to do the inspection, would Not be charged if I don't want the paper report, then I said I didn't want the report.( they charge report for $75, free inspection). And the customer service lady said OK, but later on, I didn't get the report, but I got the bill......... So what you are told by the customer service are totally different from what their worker do, but one thing for sure----always collecting Money!
