Wes was wonderful. I was really distraught about finding a bat in the house, and he was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to walk the entire property with me and was very thorough in looking for any possible openings so I could hopefully prevent the problem from happening again. Mind “Your” Business
Wes arrived early in the scheduled two-hour window. He came to resolve my yellow jacket activity. I showed him where they were located. He explained what he was going to do and how the bees typically respond throughout the treatment and the rest of the day. He put his suit on and got to work, located the nest, destroyed the nest, destroyed the queen and finished up by disposing of the nest. He was super professional.
