I started with A1 Pest Control 4 years ago and had excellent service and an excellent technician. Since then, I have been extremely disappointed with ever changing technicians and poor service especially this past year and a half. This past week, my technician never showed and did not even show the courtesy of a call. When I contacted the main office, the girl I spoke with was very apologetic but I decided with late arrivals and lack of customer service I have been receiving to terminate the

I called on the 6-26 to schedule an outside spray at my house. they said they could get to in a few days. I called last Friday to see what the status was and was told by a lady she thought they had sprayed and would call me back to confirm. Never called me back. I called today and was told they could get to me Wednesday.

Kolten has serviced my home for a bit over a year now. I appreciate his work ethic and communication. I have no longer had any issues with pests entering the home on both levels. I have a basement so, anybody who has one, knows how difficult it can be to keep them out! Thank you for what you do, Kolten!
