Bad accounting. They obviously can't handle computers. Auto-billing a credit card that expired, they couldn't even use the phone to get it fixed. So their computer dropped us out of the system and now they want to pretend we are new customers at a higher rate. Meanwhile, they missed the June appointment. YOU'RE FIRED!!! We find no emails or text messages. We do finally have a message from yesterday after we started complaining. Obviously something went wrong. No missed calls on any cell phones.

the experience was Griffin was excellent, they have been doing our service for a while and are always top tier/ The team they sent out for the last two days including Chris, Eric, Will, Frog and Kimberly were incredible with our patients and hospitality. we cant thank Kimberly enough for her documentation for their records as well as our own. 1-1-24 We've used Griffin for about a year now for quarterly preventative service and just recently for rodent service. Sharon does our quartlery bug service and is timely, punctual, and will spray pretty much anywhere you ask, both inside and out.
