I started when this was Aarons-Terminix and was a customer since 2018. I have always paid a year at a time. Originally I paid $1200.00 for a Termite "Bond” and an additional $120.00 per year after for a Termite inspection and I also paid over $300 per year for qrtly pest treatment services. I called on May 13th and was promised a call back as they couldn't find me as their customer. I made sure they had all my information so there was no excuse not to call me back. GET A SECOND OPINION!!! I was quoted $3200 to remove flying squirrels and $600 for a one time carpenter bee treatment by Isaac and his manager. I thought I sounded high but had no idea how high until 2 other companies came in under $900 for the squirrels and $50/ month for 4 months for the bees! Clearly Mr Isaac has no respect for his company or their customers. I'm giving these guys two stars. The reason why, they've been out at my house twice already since May 17th to spray for carpenter bees on the front porch raptors and back porch constructed from pine, and the rest of the house is made up of Hardie board. As of yesterday May 28th, 11 days later a realtor went to inspect my house and found sawdust on the front porch. Tall tale sign that carpenter bees are present and sure enough they bored more holes.
