Very disappointed with Orkin. They currently service both my business location and my residential so when we bought a new house we of course called them to start service there. Weeks have passed and phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Needless to say they will be losing all three accounts.

Ethan from Orkin was brilliant. He knows his stuff. He analyzed the issue and communicated a proper solution. I had to knock one star off for pricing. This is not inexpensive, but if it solves the ant issue, I am willing to pay.

We hired orkin last summer to take care of a mouse problem we were having. We air b&b or cabin during the year and come back for a couple months in the summer. When we came back in May we had a bigger issue than we did before. We ended up cleaning rodent feces for several days. I attempted to talk to the manager twice but he never returned my calls.
