We’ve had an amazing experience with Summit. Buddy and his team took on our issue pretty much immediately and even came out for an inspection at no cost. They got it set up, diagnosed the problem quickly, and most importantly gave us peace of mind that the problem with our mice was under control and we haven’t had any issues since. They are incredible! They are responsive and came to look at the wood siding that the woodpeckers had damaged. After looking at the damage it was identified as not needing pest control at this time. An inspection reassured us that we had no termite issues. No trying to get us to sign up for a program to use pesticides all around our house. Lots of information shared with us. I’ll call them for any issues that arise and recommend them!

Dylan services our property quarterly. He is very detailed and explains what he's doing based on the season and the observations of previous treatments. We really appreciate his communication and alertness to any new areas that might need attention. Since working with Summit and Dylan, we have not had any pest issues in our home. Buddy came out and took a look at our situation with raccoons living in our porch roof. He could easily signed me up for an expensive process, but instead he had the integrity to recommend that I have the roofers come out and do their needed work at which time the raccoons would naturally leave. I highly recommend and respect Buddy and Summit!

Dylan came to the house to do a winter check-up to prevent rodents from entering the house. He cleaned off debris from the exterior of the house, checked for possible entry points from the outside, and checked the indoor places where they like to nest. It is such a pleasure to work with Dylan. So many times, I dread people coming to the house to fix something, but that's never the case with Dylan. I value his expertise with pest control, his excellent communication skills, and his always friendly manner.

We have used Summit Pest for over 3 years for our yearly treatments. They as a company are fantastic and thorough. Dylan, has serviced our home during this time and his communication is top notch. He ensures he is on time and contacts you well before his arrival. We even have a note on our account about my wife's night shift schedule and he makes sure to not ring door bells or make any unnecessary noise. He is very professional and explains everything in detail. You can't beat the service or quality.

Can not say enough good things about Summit. Buddy is easy to talk to, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained what was going on. I do not live on the property yet. Being from New England I needed to be educated about the strange creatures that were eating the cabins.We had spent a small fortune replacing the termite damage and needed to make sure the new wood didn't suffer the same fate. We have them come quarterly, have never had a problem reaching them, very reasonably priced, and no upselling.

Still using the services after 2yrs going on three. I called buddy up on a Sunday left a message about what I was looking at getting done he called me back that same day. He came looked ever thing over I was wanting done and concerns my wife had. Set up an appointment with him and he cleared up insects that sting wasp, yellow jackets and carpenter bees that were taking over my house, porch, and garage over afew days that were not there last year. I would highly recommend buddy to any one looking for professional service and quality work the wife is happy with the outcome of this. Thank you again for what you do buddy and I will be looking for your service again for years to come.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. We've used Summit since we've moved to this house, and have had ZERO issues inside. In fact, Dylan is out our place right now getting rid of a yellow jacket nest. He noticed it was coinciding with our quarterly service, so he called me and said he wouldn't charge us for the yellow jackets since they were going to be here already. You almost never hear of a company doing that sort of thing these days. What an impressive organization.

Dylan is my technician and he is always friendly, thoughtful and thorough. I have been very pleased with how considerate he is and how he remembers each time any concern that I had from the previous visit. I highly recommend using Summit Pest Solutions and specifically Dylan. Their prices have always been reasonable, and even when I added on a shed that had carpenter ants, Dylan handled things for me with a minimal extra charge. Great company!

Summit Pest Solutions is truly a wonderful business to work with and we are so thrilled with the excellent customer service we receive! We had yellow jackets on our deck rafters. They came over in a timely manner and took care of them with care and professionalism. Were very nice to deal with and cleaned up any residue on our deck. We can now enjoy being outside. I highly recommend Summit pest Solutions!
