These guys are horrible. I had a termite contract I canceled because when the inspection is due, they don’t do the proper inspection they just want to come and change maybe two or three stakes out of 16. Saying it’s a law not to change them. I had 18 stakes and two was removed for my size house should be 20 to 23 . And never showed up when scheduled . Then when I cancelled they had the nerve to come remove the bait from the stations but didn’t take the stations. I paid for that bait last year

To Whom This Concerns: Referencing "Terminix Pest Control" Products, Services & Staff. Ed Lee and I, "Sallie" are very satisfied with the services carried out by Office personnel, Chris and Matthew. Both young men have been caring, concerned, professional and knowledgeable answering all our questions & concerns. If I had to rate this company in said categories, It would be a 9&1/2 of 10 being the perfect score. Please be advised that no Human in existence today is a Perfect Being or Status. T

Definitely would not recommend, updating, they are under new management, got a personal call ,very professional, will see how it goes Still having problems, pay a year in advance, but every time they come out I get another bill,so annoying to have to constantly call and straighten out the mess,not worth the hassle Told them I was not renewing for another year because of all the hassle and they come out 3 months before my year is up to remove the termite bait traps 😡
