I called yesterday and talked to the owner about a possible mice problem. He gave me the number to his tech guy, Eli. I called Eli when I had a free minute. Eli came out the next day. He stayed in contact with me the whole morning as he was stuck trying to find an alternate route here. Once he got here I explained what I thought was going on. Eli walked the whole inside of the house and outside. He set the traps and bait, he even sprayed the outside for insects. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company!!!

WARNING: THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU AS WELL!(rude and arrogant.) called the main number to schedule an appointment, because i had lost all contacts on my phone. Got the owner, there is no receptionist. Was established customer for 8 months straight and the owner just said he had too many new customers and hung up on me when I was trying to ask if I had the number right that he gave me to call, instead. It used to be really good. His workers he hires are excellent but it's not worth going through something like this. After you become an established customer for 8 months, one would think perhaps to spend 10 seconds verifying a phone number. Had he just listened he would have only had to give 10 seconds. But spent 5 minutes just explaining how busy he was. Saying "I've already missed two calls and if i dont answer they'll just call the next company in the yellow pages."

I called Ron Pennington, Owner after hours to get a quote for my mama's house. He was so nice and helpful. He got in touch with his tech and the tech called my mama the next day to schedule an appointment. The tech, Eli Reaves contacted my mama at 9:00 the next morning. He came out to give my mama a quote and schedule an appointment. Eli was so respectful, kind and professional to my mama. The day before my mama was scheduled to have her home serviced, Eli's grandpa died. Eli made sure he did the service the day and time he had promised my mama and then went to be with his grandma. I would highly recommend this company. They are kind and wonderful and do a GREAT job.
