We are extremely happy with our pest control company, Snowdens! Our technician is Bre. She is always on time, calls ahead to make sure one of us will be there. She is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. She always asks how things are going and makes sure to tackle any problem areas we may be having. She is very understanding that we have several dogs too and it does not bother her! 5 stars!!

Mr. Snowden's Pest Control was great. They were very quick to set an appointment with amazing communication. The person that came to service our home was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job and we have not seen one ant since. They even called today to see if we had any more problems. Highly recommend and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Very disappointed. I’ve always used Mr. Snowden for anything I’ve needed and yesterday when he was supposed to come, I waited an hour passed the time he said he’d be here… no phone call or text to let me know he’d be late. And again today… same thing. Very unprofessional to keep someone waiting that long. He could’ve at least let me know something.

I requested an appointment online and got a call back the same day. I scheduled a service call the next day. The technician was a little behind schedule but nothing to major. He gave me a phone call shortly before he was planning to arrive. The technician appeared knowledgeable and was friendly. I did ask him about a mole issue and didn't get the response I was hoping for on how to permanently get rid of them. He did offer information that may be useful though. Due to the barrier under my house, it is difficult to determine exactly what was causing the repeated scratching noises without destroying the barrier. I elected to go with a treatment plan for the most likely rodents. Hopefully this problem will be taken care of by baits.

I have used Snowden’s for years to maintain my home and I refer his services to clients. Honest and dependable and takes great care of his clients.

My family took in a stray kitten and our home became infested with fleas. I emailed Mr. Snowden's and received a call first thing the next morning. Wayne came out the same day and sprayed. He was on time, professional and very polite. I had my follow up treatment with Andre. He was also very professional, showed up on time and was very polite. I absolutely hate bugs of any kind, they were very quick and efficient to take care of the problem. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any of your pest needs. I will be using them again, if need be, before I move.
