He gave me a phone call shortly before he was planning to arrive. The technician appeared knowledgeable and was friendly. I did ask him about a mole issue and didn't get the response I was hoping for on how to permanently get rid of them. He did offer information that may be useful though. He was on time, professional and very polite. I had my follow up treatment with Andre. He was also very professional, showed up on time and was very polite.
