We initially hired Kind pest control to deal with an ongoing problem we were having with mice but they offered to also fight the palmetto bugs, a battle I thought couldn’t be won. I believe the mouse problem has mostly been addressed by us putting 1/4 inch chicken wire over a vent into our crawl space. The palmetto bug battle is a different story. Whatever Kind is putting down has made palmetto bugs in our house an extremely rare event now. We’ve had other pest control companies in the past try,

We are new customers with Kind and so far things are going well. Although the first visit I was told they would treat inside and out. Nothing was done inside. I was also told that at every visit our driveway would be blown clean as a courtesy for all their customers. That hasn’t been done once. Maybe it’s something they only do in the fall not sure.
