Michael is amazing! We heard a noise in the wall at 11pm at night and after contacting him the next morning he came right out and took care of our over-population of mice. He came back numerous times to check and remove traps and dealt with all of the entry points. He also took literally everything out of our shed, sanitized it all and put it back! Great service, great workmanship and overall great guy.

I recently found a snake in my garage, wrapped around a glue board. Even though I called in the evening, Michael offered to come immediately. I was so impressed with how calm he remained as he removed it within just a minute. He then explained that he had a method for separating it safely from the glue board. The next day, he even took the time to let me know that he had set the snake free. I was really happy to hear this and appreciated the level of care and attention! Michael was immediately available and arrived right away. I had taken my young child inside and the snake had disappeared. We live near a greenway and I was sure that we had lost the opportunity. But Michael took his time and, to my surprise, found and captured the copperhead - what a relief!

A few months ago I had an issue with an unknown animal between my chimney and interior wall. Mr. Shelley responded within a reasonable amount of time to my reaching out and was able to schedule at time that was convenient for me quite promptly. (This was after no return call from other local professionals.) At the visit, he took care to let me know the animal was no longer there and then showed me with photographs how the animal had probably "only visited" my interior wall. He then offered a repair that he could make on the spot so that this did not recur and the price was very reasonable. He was on my property for a little over an hour and had completely taken care of the issue. I was very happy with the entire experience from first contact to visit and eventual resolution. Of the 3 companies we called over the weekend for a critter in our chimney, Michael was the only to answer the phone. He was very responsive, coming out for his first visit within 2 days instead of the 2 week wait time of other companies. He was able to reinforce the chimney cap so no more critters could find their way in. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I know who to call first next time we have an animal problem.

At midnight heard an animal in my chimney flue. Luckily the damper was closed so he wasn't running through the house soot-covered and agitated. Called Michael the next morning. He showed up within an hour and dealt with the problem. He also checked the roof and attic for possible entry sites. Later he put extra screen around the chimney cap to avoid any further entries. He was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
