The first time I used Westex for pest control, I was totally surprised on how they were the best pest control company I have ever used and the reason I used them was because a few of my neighbors said that Westex is a very good company to use so I called them. They came over the next day and took care of the bees nest that I had and also took care of all of the other problems that I had around the house. They are very professional very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and in my opinion, I believe they’re the best pest control around and definitely the best pest control that I’ve ever used and I will continue using them forever.

Had a serious Carpenter Bee problem, and Westex was amazing. They power sprayed the entire exterior of our home and the bees were gone almost immediately. Chris our exterminator, was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable pest control!

From the moment I called, Westex has been not only professional and knowledgeable, but you can tell they genuinely care. I have had other pest control companies in the past come to my home for a monthly service and is nowhere near to what Westex provides. They take their time to thoroughly inspect the issue at hand, let me know everything they do, and made sure every corner was pest free. There the best, and Tony will attend to your needs as quickly as possible...very nice people. I was a delivery personel and even when my house caught on fire Tony still welcomed me back to the company.

I had a horrible experience with this company. They came out to my house three times to treat a yellow jacket nest in a soffit on the side of my house. When I called back a forth time, to ask them to come out again, and to speak in more detail about my issue, I was accused of being insulting by the party on the other end of the phone, who identified himself as the company manager. Apparently, it's insulting for a customer to question what they're being told when they simply don't understand why it's taking so long for the treatment to work, near a month, but the company manager can be as arrogant and rude as he likes. And when I asked why the exterminator didn't put on a protective suit and climb up the five feet on a ladder it would have taken to spray the chemical into the opening of the nest, he said it couldn't be done. That was the point at which our conversation took a turn and I was accused of being insulting for questioning their methods. The manager, or so he claimed to be, rudely interrupted me in a condescending tone constantly while I was speaking, but I'm supposedly insulting. At the end of the conversation I was instructed by the illustrious manager to never contact the company again for service. Great management skills (tongue in cheek). I highly recommend that you call ANYONE else but this company for your pest control needs. They are rude and unprofessional to the core. After I got off the phone with that arrogant individual, I called Terminix. That was on a Friday, the following Monday they arrived and sprayed the hive. Two days later it was dead. If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Clown show.

Westex Pest Management are the best. They handle all our pest needs. They are quick and responsive. They will come out, when we have a problem. There service guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. We will call Westex Pest Management whenever we have any pest. They took care our bee situation. We are happy to have them as our exterminators.
