Eliminate 'Em Pest Control Services

Terry arrived on time in the rain. She educated me about my problem while suggesting a solution which was cost-effective. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely, was in no hurry to explain everything.

Very disappointed with my (lack of) service. My wife and I just moved into a brand new home, and saw some evidence of either termite or carpenter ant damage in our garage. Also, we noticed a small but active powderpost beetle infestation in our 10 foot long mantle in the living room. They came, charged us almost $260, ended up not treating anything, and said it was just cost for the "inspection." They also charged us $14.50 for an environmental fee for product or chemicals they didn't use. In the writeup, Terry said the "customer declined" treatment, but Terry literally waved us off and said we should sand our mantle first, and for our garage we should wait until spring. Of course they are going to charge us $350 plus to come back out. Not only is this highway robbery, they did nothing but tell us what we already told them and charged us for it. I'm definitely going to use someone else to do my work now and in the future, but beware if you have a simple issue like this, they're going to charge you $600 plus and not be upfront about costs. Keep in mind we called them nearly a month ago, we waited while they "ordered the product." Then they ended up doing nothing. They could've easily said at that time the mantle needed to be sanded down in order to be treated. What a waste of my time. Meanwhile, these beetles are getting a free lunch. One last thing: Ryan at the main office said she was going to contact the owner, but Terry the person who did the "service" was the one who actually called us back. Terry said main office does the billing and Ryan said Terry did the billing. I'm not going in circles with them anymore.

Terry is fantastic! We A terrible mouse infestation. Within no time she had it under control and has continued maintenance. We have not had any more issues. Highly recommend!

Terry on the very first visit was first of all- EARLY- punctuality - now that’s impressive!! He knew what he was talking about and that’s important too! Great service! It’s been a bit over a year maybe now and he’s just the best- our rat problem is over- i’ve seen two mice in my garden and contacted him, but it has been months so im not surprised but he came promptly and filled the traps and we’re good!!

I give this company a poor rating. They sprayed once from outside about 10 feet from where the yellow jackets were entering my house. I am 4 weeks past that time and still having yellow jackets in my house. No solution from the exterminator.

Worst, most dishonest and disrespectful company I have ever worked with. We called them about a rodent problem. On day 1, Terry identified the entry points to the house. Her plan was to place bait for a while to reduce the numbers then seal the entry points. Not surprisingly, since they charge for every visit, they allegedly continued to refill the baits while we still caught mice in our traps, so their “strategy” was essentially ineffective outside of taking over 1000 dollars of our hard-earned money. After lots of back and forth over the phone, Terry spoke with management and planned to come and seal off the entry points. The date for this was set over a month ago. Today, at the assigned time, no one showed up. Unbeknownst to us, Terry was out on leave and no replacement was assigned, no communication was received from the company, so after taking half a day off from work, they no showed on us. After calling to complain the issue was escalated to the owner, and that explains the whole issue - if a business is run by someone as disrespectful and dismissive as him, it’s no surprise we got zero results. When he called back, he literally yelled at me about how they never seal entry points despite what Terry actually assured me she would do, claiming they never do that and there were no notes about it (why would I lie about that or make it up?) and that the only thing he would offer is rebaiting the same useless bait that did not solve our problem, which he couldn’t even do the scheduled day so we would once again have to rearrange our lives around them. Stay away and save your money - we learned a costly lesson.

These people are scam artists. They advertised a free home inspection and then charged $237 for a 10 minute visit. All that was done was a woman walked up my attic steps and stuck her head in to look. End of inspection. Then charged us. Please do not use these terrible people.

My recent experience with Eliminate 'Em Pest Control Services was less than satisfactory. I paid a total of $307.88, including tax, for "Yellow Jacket Nest Removal & Extermination Services". The nest was on the front porch. However, the technician did not remove the nest. Instead, I was told to deal with it myself. While the bee elimination itself was effective, the failure to fulfill their advertised service was disappointing and misleading. If you choose this company, be prepared for incomplete service. For the price paid, I expected better.
