Service was poor. Many weeds were left weekly. Less than fifteen minutes of service weekly. Do not sign contract . You have no leverage for refunding money for services not rendered . The owner, in particular , was mean spirited and unkind .

Everyone was very professional and thorough. Gavin understood what was needed and devised a great plan. The crew was excellent. Gavin stopped by a few days after everything was installed to check on things. It has been a pleasure to have Bellantoni and I am delighted with their work.

Lawn cutting and maintenance very good although the reseeding of lawn not as expected. Part of the reason may have been that the hydrowise sprinkler system was only watering 3 x a week after seeding and I was unaware of it and I really don't know how to adjust hydrowise system. I need more instructions as new things don't come quickly to me. I was used to a 40 year old system that I adjusted manually.

We have had numerous landscapers attempt to eradicate our invasive Japanese knotweed. Thankful to have found our way to Bellantoni Landscape. The process has been seamless and professional, pricing very fair, and I am finally watching it die away. Highly recommend.

Please be very careful if you engage this company. They are shady, and try very hard to rip you off. I recently had them switch on my sprinklers. They did not show up after giving me an appointment twice. Finally they did show up unannounced, did the 20 min work and gave me an invoice which was higher than what I expected. I didn’t have my checkbook so I was told I could mail in the payment. Next day, I get another invoice over email which has $300 on top of the original invoice. It was charged as the “sprinkler on/off fixed”. So they’re charging me a fixed price that they never told me about, on top of labor, time and parts. And they have the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever worked with. Avoid them like the plague. Edit: Answering Michael's reply: Michael, I did not post a negative review months after the work was done just because you reached out for payment. I have had multiple phone calls and email exchanges with a number of customer care executives in your company and I gave you multiple chances to engage with me. Not only did eveyone refuse to be helpful in any way, the blatant disregard to my complaints and emails every time I had to talk with someone new just shows how much you actually care about customer feedback. There is a reason in my original review I have mentioned that your customer service is the worst I've had to deal with. I know it's hard to hear critical feedback, less so on a public forum. But it's not easy to give this critical feedback either and I tried my best to engage with your team before I did this. And I am gonna follow this up with a complaint to Better Business Bureau and any other avenues I could find. Now you can imagine how bad of an experience I must have had with your company. I really wish no one else has to go through that.

If work is done on a time and materials basis, we always ensure clients are informed of the rates and a not-to-exceed timeframe.<br><br>I find it concerning that after months of working together, a negative review was posted after we reached out regarding payment for the agreed-upon services. No, I would not recommend Bellantoni. I contacted them in April about doing work. Someone came out to check what the work would be, said they'd do an estimate and get back to me. The last I heard from them was June. Never received an estimate. I have used Ballantoni in the past. They are usually a little slow with following up. But this is the worst yet. I will not be using them for anything other than my sprinkler system. That team seems to be very on top of things.

I decided to write this review to warn other homeowners of Bellantoni. They are by far are the most expensive landscaping company I got in touch with, but I decided to hire them anyway because at first, they seemed professional and knowledgeable. Nothing could be further than what I experienced with them. I asked them to develop a large landscaping project for my front and back yard. The most noticeable issue with it was the quality of the plants. Many died and most of it didn’t develop. We spend the entire season (spring/summer) with the minimal number of flowers. My plant beds just looked empty and ugly throughout the property. When I realized, the plants weren’t going to grow, I started to look further into it and I realized that they did not plant the number of plants they charged me for. The difference was pretty large. They claim that the plants just died, but it was approximately 60 plants, so I have a hard time believing that. Along the way we had many other issues – they left my driveway and entrance covered in mud after a job, mulch falling off the plant bed, grass sod that died right after being planted, irresponsiveness to requests… Even the plants that did grow were ugly and not taken care of, even thought we aid for a weekly maintenance (see the pictures) Bellantoni was such a disappointment and by far the worst service company I ever dealt with. Stay away!

As a homeowner I feel obligated to warn others who are considering using Bellatoni Landscape. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor/company. Not only was the project very delayed, countless mistakes were made, essentially everything they planted died and they tried to charge me for work that was never done. Add in, the owner of the company has the absolute worst customer service skills. I commissioned Bellantoni last summer to do some landscape design work (trees/plants/shrubs), build a raised patio and do some other masonry work. I could go into great detail about my disappointment, but here are some of the high (or low) notes: My front walkway and steps were to be repaired. The first attempt was done incorrectly and looked worse than when they started. I pointed it out to the project manager who acknowledged the shoddy work and said "i'll send over our A team to fix it". Not sure why i did not deserve the A team initially. The raised patio was supposed to by approximately 18 inches above the ground. But due to measurement errors by them, the patio ended up being 36 inches above the ground. I never would have built that patio, but it was too late to stop because they did not realize their mistake until after they started. Essentially every tree and plant they planted as per our contract died. And despite having a warranty with my contract, they gave me a very difficult time about replacing them. It was not until i said we will resolve this through other means, did they agree to do so. HOWEVER, they refused to replace everything that died and they also replaced my trees with different trees. I now have two different trees next to each other in front of my house. They also did some other masonry work. Most of which already is cracked or is falling apart. Rather than being a stand up company in a customer first business, they refused to repair any of their sub par work and hid behind language in the warranty. For all of my troubles, the owner of the company did not offer an apology or any concessions. Rather he tried to charge me for work that was never done. There are countless other things I could post. As I wrote at the beginning, I feel compelled to warn others who may be considering Bellantoni Landscaping. I will never use them again!!!! FOLLOW UP (10/14/2019): It has been one month since the owner Michael Bellantoni responded to my post and I have yet to hear from him or anyone at his company. Another example of their poor customer service.

Bellantoni total BS artists and have now twice messed up a job and I had to throw them off my property finally. We scoped out a job, got a proposal then they decided to eliminate half the scope and try and get more money to do what we talked about and agreed. They wasted so much of my time. Totally untrustworthy, con men. 1st job was mediocre at best, they had to fix it three. Horrible, not even worth the one star.

Oliver sorry for your disappointment. We were prepared to do exactly what was written in the scope and on the signed agreement. Fortunately we avoid any BS by putting down everything down in writing.<br>We even go the extra step of doing a 'kickoff', prior to the work being performed and review everything we plan to do on site with the owner (in this case your property manager). At that time we discussed additional work in a different area of the property, and put it forward as an amendment for your approval. We walked off the job (not thrown off), after your constant verbal abuse, and foul language. If you felt our scope of work was not clear, you could have asked.
