Go Green Pest Control Inc

My experience with Go Green Pest Control has been unacceptable. After a powder substance was distributed throughout my apartment, I repeatedly requested basic information about what had been been applied inside my home, including the product name, EPA registration number, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), treatment records, application logs, and the license information of the applicator who performed the work. The powder’s appearance and method of application raised concerns about whether it may have been a tracking-type powder or another restricted-use product. Because Go Green Pest Control has refused to provide product identification, EPA registration information, or application records, those concerns remain unresolved. Tracking powders and similar pesticide products can present serious health and exposure concerns when improperly applied in occupied living spaces, which is precisely why transparency and documentation are so important. Instead of addressing those concerns, the company has failed to provide the information necessary to determine exactly what was applied and whether it was used appropriately. I was also informed that the applicator who performed the work is no longer employed by the company due to this specific incident. Rather than taking accountability for what occurred, Go Green Pest Control has continued to avoid answering straightforward questions and has refused to provide the records that would clarify the situation. The company further represented that it would return to inspect the apartment and clean the material that had been left behind. To date, that inspection and cleanup have not occurred and have blown off a scheduled appointment. As a result of these unresolved concerns, I have been forced to vacate my apartment for over a week while attempting to obtain answers about the substance that was distributed throughout my home. No resident should have to leave their home and spend days chasing a pest control company for basic information about what was applied inside their living space. The lack of transparency, accountability, communication, and follow-through has been deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Go Green Pest Control.
