Had a yellow jacket next in our attic that was starting to come through a hole in the corner of one of our bedrooms. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional from the first phone call to speaking with the lead exterminator. The guys who arrived on scene were so nice, professional and worked quickly. Looking forward to have a contract with them for all of our pests needs. Highly recommend!
Great Customer Service! Today in that snowy weather they made sure a tech would come out to do a deep spray for coackroaches hearing the desperation in my voice (that I took out all my dishes from my cabinets). Thank you to Alexis for being so pleasant and calming me down this morning! You are the best! The Tech was professional quick and did a great job! Would highly recommend their service

They mean well and have knowledgeable staff. My problem was not resolved after nearly a year of service. I know I am in the minority and it's easy for me to criticize from my armchair. I went a different direction and hope the company I am with now can finally eradicate the pests. To be clear, despite their efforts, Bug Runner was unable to pinpoint and correct the rat problem in my home.
