Bugrunner has been extremely reliable-always willing to accomodate customers. When we discovered a huge wasp nest in our yard, they came & handled it quickly & completely. Fred is experienced in his field & does his work efficiently. Our home is free of indoor pests as well.

Great Customer Service! Today in that snowy weather they made sure a tech would come out to do a deep spray for coackroaches hearing the desperation in my voice (that I took out all my dishes from my cabinets). Been using Bug Runner for a long time . Techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Had bees nest under vinyl siding . Tech arrived , confirmed bee infestation put on his bee suit , explained how bees were going to be dealt with. Applied insecticide powder and bee issue is resolved. Another excellent job by Bug Runner. Highly recommend Bug Runner

Saquon was fantastic yesterday. He was very patient with us as we explained our pest concerns, he was really upbeat and friendly, and he was extremely thorough when going through and around the house. He even spotted a bee outside and followed it all around the house to make sure it wasn’t headed for a hive in the walls.

It seems like the second treatment worked. George was great. Cost seemed a bit high to be honest but I do appreciate that additional treatment(s) were provided up to 3 months I think, so maybe cost not so bad.

Outstanding service. The tech named Gomez in particular was great. Courteous, very good at his job, and provided a sense of assurance from the beginning. He also didn’t mind me watching. I know I hate when people watch me. Overall, fantastic service.

Had a yellow jacket next in our attic that was starting to come through a hole in the corner of one of our bedrooms. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional from the first phone call to speaking with the lead exterminator. The guys who arrived on scene were so nice, professional and worked quickly. Looking forward to have a contract with them for all of our pests needs. Highly recommend!

Justin (the field person) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. The treatment was effective. However, I had issues with the scheduling both the initial visit and the follow-up visit. I had to reach out several times to get someone to come.

Have come twice and still have ants in the kitchen. Waiting to see what the bee situation will bring hopefully we’ll have more success to warrant paying the quarterly fee.

They mean well and have knowledgeable staff. My problem was not resolved after nearly a year of service. I know I am in the minority and it's easy for me to criticize from my armchair. I went a different direction and hope the company I am with now can finally eradicate the pests. To be clear, despite their efforts, Bug Runner was unable to pinpoint and correct the rat problem in my home.
