The arborist Greg Liffen helped us with a plan to raise the canopy on some trees and remove unsightly succors from the trunks with a view to increasing sunlight in our yard and beautifying the property. His workman did a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Through the whole process we felt we were dealing with a first class company.

Unfortunately they did not complete the tree work agreed upon. The arborist said they would return to complete work but never did. I reached out numerous times to inquire and never had the courtesy of a response. My mistake to pay bill in full before work complete but it seemed like an ethical business so wasn’t concerned.

The gentleman who came out for our initial meeting was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Once we paid we experienced almost no communication. We are still experiencing all of the problems months later. It’s been extremely hard to get an answer on what has been done and the scheduling of what will be done.
