This review is long overdue! Every experience we’ve had with Jackson Dodds has been wonderful. All of the employees are friendly, professional, and take great pride in their work, especially Kym, who consistently goes above and beyond to address and even anticipate our needs. She’s incredibly responsive and always open to our ideas and concerns. Our yard and garden are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We constantly get compliments on how great everything looks! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Jackson Dodds to anyone looking for exceptional landscaping and property care.

We are very pleased with the level of care and attention Jackson Dodds provides. Kym is always so responsive to our needs and has truly helped make our garden feel magical. This firm was hired to remove only the invasive olives on one half acre at Springs Park. I have never seen a sloppier job; they left pointy roots and wood shards all over the place that have been injuring our dogs' paws. Pieces of trees are strewn all over the paths creating tripping hazards. They ruined our beautiful park and made it unsafe.

there was a blonde woman driving one of your company trucks who was speeding attempting to cut me off and road raging on sunrise Highway Today …. might wanna have a talk with someone

Great service and kind workers

We worked with Jackson and his team on a Hartley greenhouse project and he and his team were responsive and very detailed resulting with an extremely pleased customer. I'd highly recommend Jackson and his team for a firm you can trust for responsiveness and quality work.

I wouldn't trust them with the drivers they hire. On August 30th at approximately 4:45 heading north toward Flanders road, the driver in a chevy Colorado with their company branded all over, did a dangerous maneuver to get in front of me after the two lanes had merged. If I had not been paying attention and hit the brakes while also moving onto the right shoulder, he would have hit me. The dumbest part of all,he went nowhere because there was traffic ahead and I was right behind him for 10 min. All that, just to go nowhere. Have the license plate number as again, I was behind him for 10 min in traffic.

Would not recommend this company for any lawn care services. Spent a lot of money to get little to no results. They promised a lot and delivered very little. Pictures shown is the result of their fall “overseeding” and aeration services.
