This guy scheduled an appointment window of 3 hours to come to my house, waited 2 hours past the deadline to call me and tell me I never made an appointment. He clearly doesn't care about clients time. Find someone else.

Recently called Jim's Busy Bee to handle what has become an annual infestation of Giant Hornets out here on the East End of L.I. They showed up when they promised too show up and did the job quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost....Five (5) Stars all around !
