Richard is the best exterminator I know he comes in and he is so comfortable to work around and when he does come in, it’s like he is a part of the team. Would recommend working with him.

Richard Bennett has very good customer service he took his time and sprayed the whole apartment he also left some glue traps for us to use.

We’ve had nothing but problems with this company. Recommend looking elsewhere. Thanks for responding but these are two separate issues. We've set up a second service visit because you did not do the job properly the first time, which we discussed. Issuing service reports when you had not provided service was a separate issue.

Unimpressed. Made an appointment with Eric. Technician John was supposed to show today between 2:00 and 5:00 for an inspection. No show, no call. 👎 I received one phone call and declined a relationship with you. Don't exaggerate like I'm dodging your feverish calls because that didn't happen!

Update: I had a service appointment for today from 8-11am and I stayed at home, as agreed, to wait. I called at 11am when no one showed up and was told that I was not on any system and that I had "cancelled" service. This, after taking the monthly payment. These folks are crooks. Unbelievable. JP McHale offers horrible customer service. Since they merged with Ocon, they've reduced their service from monthly (with Ocon) to 3 times a year. When asked why they no longer perform monthly service, they say that they sent a letter describing the reduction in service but that they added winterization. Yet, no winterization was conducted on our property and no letter was received of the reduction in service by 75%. They still charge monthly fees from the previous Ocon customers but show up 1/4 as often and do not perform winterization unless asked to do so. I'm not even sure what winterizing is, and yet, for the privilege of being allowed to ask for something we didn't know existed, we now pay 4 times as much for the same service we had at Ocon. It's shameful. I cancelled my subscription and look forward to finding any other company as any other company will be better than JP McHale which effectively, raised their prices 3x overnight. Just awful.

They sold me on their pest monitoring service and claimed they provide same day or next day service. They would call to tell me there was activity on the monitor and then tell me they couldn’t come out for a week. Once I was signed up as a client, and they took my money every month, it was impossible to get same day or next day service and also very difficult to get anyone on the phone without waiting on hold for a very long time. They charge a lot of money, never resolved the issue, and was almost impossible to get them to come out in a timely manner.

The technician came to look at my termite traps, but my cameras caught him playing on his phone instead and management didn’t care even after viewing the footage. For years the reports showed only a few of my termite traps were inspected. Now I have proof as to why: laziness and incomplete follow through from management. I used them for 8 years. 8 years ago they were great. Never again will I make that mistake. Stay away from them. I’m pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews are paid reviews.

I would not recommend such unprofessional company. I will start with exterminator that on an several occasion did not show up like it was planned. Making people taking two times a day off to be able to get an exterminator to come over. Then I would say the customer service over the phone seems also unreliable. When I spent almost a week with one of the agent her name is Tanisha to schedule someone to come except that of course he came not at the time we scheduled but before and refused to wait for me while I left work early just for to be able to let them in. Such a disappointment for a company based in NY but act like a 3rd world country company. Can’t wait to look at your competitors

Been a customer for over 2 years. Had an awful experience with customer service. Very rude service from Jenny or was her name Karen. Had an issue with termites, instead of listening, she talked down to me and was extremely impolite...next level impolite. Had emailed them several times and no responses. Spoke with Anthony who said he was the manager. Told me I wasn't a bug expert and let the experts do their jobs. I just wanted to be heard and all they cared about was the sound of their own voices patronizing a paying customer. Really soured me on who they are and what they stand for as a family owned business so potential buyers be ware that their customer service is not the best! Follow up: the company assistant manager called to resolve this issue 3 days later. They apologized. They asked if I could edit this review but im keeping it on lest it happens to someone else. And no I did receive your calls and it has been resolved so to say that I haven't returned calls is not truthful. Another reason why communications need to be better.

Worst company in America I called to make an appointment on Monday this must have been the guys first job he didn’t complete the job ain’t all he was suppose to look for holes and seal them and didn’t do anything the contract said he will do I would not recommend this company to no one unless you like giving out free money then I called them i basically paid a stranger to walk in my home and do nothing and the worst part about it I called the manager many times he has not got back to me yet this makes a week and my problem has not been solved customer services sucks the managements sucks everything about this company sucks !!!!!!
