As part of the termite extermination process, previously started this past summer via Suburban (and so pleased with the service), technician Glenn M. (he’s excellent, with 48 years of experience) came to our home to inspect every bait in the yard, as well as thoroughly seek out areas throughout and within our home for termite activity - looking for possible areas of concern, termite tubes, destruction, etc. Glenn was so personable, so informative, and so helpful. We are completely satisfied and take comfort because of his and their expertise. I add that the telephone staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

I’ve been with Suburban for a few years now. The technicians are all great. They take good care of my home, provide lead time ahead of their arrival and never leave any mess. Jose was especially thorough on their last visit. Highly recommend!

I worked with a salesperson last year and paid a lot of money to have this service. He quoted me a significant reduction in pricing for the next year. Turns out it is more than what I paid last year. He is using the same excuse- we were bought out🤣. His name is Mike Silberstein. Beware! v
Suburban provides poor customer service , inadequate service & does not adhere to safety percautions while in a customers home. I have used this company for over two years & I will not use or recommend them ever again. We had multiply problems with our last service ie: The tech was running late & stated he had to go after only being her 10 minutes. He spent more time in his truck writing his report than address the infestation of flies in our home . He stated you can go buy something to kill them. Out stuff is the same as what you buy. He sprayed only outside under one window with the window open & all the exterio spray got in the house. He did not wear booties or wipe his feet from going inside to outside. Mouse traps were set behind walls where no one knew they were there & one our workers get his fingers trapped. We have been asking for a call from a supervisor since June 25th. In addition we were told no one can come back for 2 weeks. etc etc BAD SERVICE. NO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - BUY INSECT SPRAY & DO IT YOURSELF

I am a monthly customer and recently service has been a nightmare..service appointments are not being kept/canceled for no apparent reason..requests to speak to a manager are met with a voice mail box that is full..1 month and 4 phone calls later they still have to show up for a call to treat for ants..avoid at all costs..a nightmare..

We deeply regret that we have not been able to provide the level of service we normally offer during the COVID epidemic. Regrettably, many of our Eastern Long Island technicians have been forced into quarantine. While there is no excuse for not responding timely to your requests, I have changed some internal processes to make sure this error does not occur again. In addition, I have scheduled an immediate visit to home to treat your ant problem.
The people at Suburban Exterminating are very accommodating and their service is exceptional.

We had been a customer of Suburban for many years, due to a billing error on their end, they did not want to service our account. The Technician came to our location and suggested that we call the office to clarify - it turned out to be a bill that had already been paid! To threaten our account over a small amount of money is just bad business, I wouldn't recommend them.

I called to schedule a service for one of my apartments and they told me that I, the landlord not tenant had to be present when they come to inspect in order to sign the paperwork. They said Thursday betwen 10 AM and 2 PM. Like most of us I have a full time job and to take off from work in order to wait for exterminator to just inspect the apartment and then schedulle a service was a crazy proposition.
