I will be calling Arrow to ask that Brandon and only Brandon come to my house to provide services on my behalf. He is the only technician who comes and actually cares, taking the time to talk with you about what’s going on in your house, listens to what you have to say, who explains services Arrow can provide to help ensure your house is rodent and insect free, explains during what seasons what rodents or insects come out, explains what to look for and goes way above and beyond giving outstanding and exceptional customer service. He obviously takes not his job, but his career very seriously, obviously loves and enjoys what he does and is truly a credit to the Arrow Company. If all Arrow technicians and employees had the work ethic that Brandon does, Arrow could be not only a national company, but an international company if they wanted to! Absolutely the BEST Service quick and reliable. When I discovered that there were rats taking up residency under my shed, I practically called and made an appointment. Joe Walk me through every step, calm and thoroughly explaining what to do to get rid of them and have them never come back. He was very knowledgeable, calm and took the time to explain to me. What caused them to go there and what to do to prevent them from coming back. Worth every penny and peace of mind. This is the second time I have used this service and will definitely be using them again!! I can’t say enough about how Joe treated me and my home.

I encourage you to ask your actual exterminator the chemicals they are using because this company is charging you for multiple bug types to use the same exact chemical. the exterminators are fantastic but the inspectors who come to give you a price will charge you for different types of bugs treated but use the same chemical for both bug types. I was told by the exterminators who come and learned this myself after years of treating myself in addition to paying arrow. nevertheless, I had been a paying customer for 6 years despite this immoral way they run their business. we paid a $1500 start up fee for a year of carpenter ant treatment and for mouse and rat traps to be put down (we had no mice or rats - none were EVER caught). I continued to pay a yearly renewal of approx $250 for carpenter ant spraying in case the issue came back. 6 years later I called the company with a new bug issue to confirm the type of bug we had and also mentioned we now have mice in the attic of our apartment - they assigned me Adrian who is a condescending inspector who frankly shouldn't be customer facing - he recommended I upgrade to the full pest package to cover all pests but that i'd need to pay another $1100 start up fee and then $295 4x a year. the start up cost is OUTRAGEOUS as we are already a long time customer, further what exactly are they charging for? more often than not, the same chemical can be used regardless of your bug type. these chemicals cover a variety of pests they are not just indicated for "small ants" etc it's ridiculous, it's immoral, and they try to hide this fact from their customers. such an unfortunate end to a long time customer and all because of Adrian- thanks a lot for your crappy customer service

Waste of money! Terrible costumer service. I overpaid for the initial sign up. And they promised monthly checkups and these ppl dont show up. You have to call, deal with attitude find other options. Stay away !!

Very frustrated right now. I have had a contract for several years. I took the contract to cover all issues inside and outside my home. The sales person was very persuasive. Shortly after signing the contract arrow came and took care of a wasp nest. Now a couple years later when I have the same issue they tell me that it’s not covered and that the initial neat removal was a one time thing. That was never communicated to me. All this and the contact rate went up fairly significantly. I will be canceling and do not recommend this company. Oonagh Holt Several weeks later and no resolution. I paid for this quarter and they won’t help me. I am now working with a competitor. My family member works in the garden dept of a local business and tells everyone to steer clear of this company

When I purchased my home the prior owners were using Arrow so I took the easy path and continued their service. After several years of disappointing sevice with poor response to immediate needs I switched to a new provider and glad I did and sorry I didn't do it sooner. I'd recommend you steer clear of this company. There are better options on Long Island that have a higher sense of urgency and customer service and provide better results.

Company has gone down hill terribly. Unreliable, unprofessional and can’t seem to get their selves organized. Signed up for a yearly service but they don’t tell you that they send out a tech without an appointment so if you aren’t home they never do the inside. You’re supposed to call and have them come back out for that. (Mean the tech needs to do twice as much work) asked for me bill three times and never got it so they suspended service (which is fine bc it didn’t work without spraying inside)- don’t use them. Office is not helpful at all. (Tech was VERY nice )

Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have literally never, ever written a negative review of any business, ever so it's not like this is in my DNA to complain. But I would caution anyone considering doing business with Arrow. They're the definition of unethical, deceptive and sneaky. And although I was in a tight spot and didn't have time to price shop and therefore agreed to the price they quoted me...their prices are ridiculous and I highly regret not putting in the effort to price shop.

I was a loyal customer of Arrow Exterminators and I always received great service. The technicians were friendly, courteous and helpful. I would have stayed with them but they were taken over by Rentokil. I watched the technician pull up to my house and treat the foundation of the front of my house only! (he is supposed to treat all around the house and check for yellow jacket nests). In addition, he used a spray and my windows are at ground level so he sprayed in my house. Customer service didn't seem to care to much and I cancelled. I was thankful I was home to see this happen. I wonder what happened during the times I wasn't home.

I originally contracted with Arrow because i had an issue with mouse or two in my basement occasionally. They, of course, talk you into a contract, which is not in anyone's best interest. They charge quarterly and they only come quarterly. How would you like it if they set a mouse trap and did not come back to check it for 3 months? Not too much right? Gross. I mentioned it to a rep who came and he said, "nothing we can do". Call the office. I have called several times to have in-between appointments, which is nothing short of a complete runaround. Where you get a note "we were here" when it was not even the scheduled time. Plus to get an appointment after 4:30-5 is not easy and sometimes non existent. Forget a Saturday. You must have an emergency. They are in business because of the contract they charge for and do not fulfill. I finally cancelled after requesting an appointment and being told, "we were at your home a month ago" Seriously? so does that mean you cannot come if something happens? no. They will come, but you have to track them down,, leave a message, wait for a call and hope to get an appointment that is convenient. I am done with this company.

I just bought a house that has been vacant for quite a while and it seems nature had started to move back in. So I call Arrow because they seemed to have the best package available. The reviews were great and the price is affordable. I choose this program that they offer and I am waiting all day today for the tech to show up. Mind you I’ve have been up since 6:30a preparing the house for the tech (because I’m 8.5 months pregnant and it takes me time to clean out every cabinet). After waiting all day and hearing nothing I call to see what the issue was. The lady was so rude on the phone. As I tried explaining to her that no one called, knocked or rang my doorbell and that I’ve been waiting all day. I didn’t even receive a note. She rudely told me that he was here and at this point all she can do is reschedule. No apologies nothing. It’s just very upsetting and very unprofessional. That isn’t a way to treat a new and potentially returning customer.
