Jeff is always professional and friendly. He comes immediately when needed we were putting our fall decorations up & stumbled into ground hornets I called them & Jeff was at our house within 15 minutes and took care of them my husband took a picture the next day I attached it and they were dead and we haven’t had any problems since! I’m allergic & now have peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm on their annual maintenance plan and I love it. we had such a problem with voles and mice, living near the golf course, woods, and ponds it is is tough to not have visitors. We have not had any issues for almost three years now. And when ever I have a yellow jacket problem they come out the same day I call them. Great team and very responsive! I definitely recommend them!

I started calling 4 days ago for an ant problem. Left several messages and have not heard from them. I have been a customer for the past few years for bee control with no pro lem. Don't understand why I have not had any response to my messages.

This is our third year using pathfinder and I'm extremely happy with them. 3 years ago we had hundreds of bees in our house. They were here within the hour of my call. They came out between scheduled visits for any problems we had. We have used them ever since. Fast forward to now and we have had maybe 5 bees in our house this whole summer!! They are amazing!!! Don't hesitate to call them!!!

Removed birds .. and bugs that they bring ..

Paid Jason to trap a skunk. He set up 2 traps and the only thing we caught was a cat. I let the cat out and in he never once in the 3 weeks his traps were there, came and checked them! I left several messages for him and never got a call back. He finally responded to an email after I threatened to go to the EPA/DEC. He agreed to give me a refund and 2 months later I am still waiting! I ended up getting another trapper who got 2 skunks in 5 days. I definitely do not recommend using Jason Lucore or Pathfinder!

Moved into a new home and have a pest problem. Called to hire this company, however received a message that I was calling outside of business hours. The recording then proceeded to state their hours. I clearly was calling during those hours. If their customer service is that unreliable I can only image the service would have followed suite.

I was told I needed a wildlife expert to remove a squirrel and check for a nest before I closed up a hole near the roof of my house. Jason came and put up a trap, but did nothing about the adolescent Squirrels still inside (which we were not aware of at the time). I've since been told by the guy repairing the holes, that the nest was clearly visible and the 4 dead Squirrels were probably close to being independent. After Jason closed off the entrance, the mother frantically chewed 2 more holes (to get to her babies). Jason would just return and seal each new hole. After 10 days he finally trapped the mother, sealed up the hole with mesh and left the nest of dead babies inside.
