Alana went through the sign up services for the mosquito/tick service. She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process. Will have the first service in a few days, but felt very comfortable after talking everything through with Alana!

I have never purchased pest control service before so my experience and comments must be understood accordingly. However, I have been in the customer service business my entire professional life from which I am now retired, and so am sensitive to this as I engage any company for necessary services. Regarding Eco Serve, from the first call, I felt I was dealing with a professional enterprise. The call was received efficiently and pleasantly. Even when being put on hold, the wait was brief and after an apology and explanation, it became clear why. I was referred to Tori who was pleasant and listened attentively. We made arrangements to meet with my schedule in mind. However for understandable reasons she could not meet me as planned but had communicated with a peer Matt Schwanz , who met me. He called to explain the change. Matt was punctual, thorough and we concluded our walk through with a clear strategy to solve my issue. Matt made sure I had preparation instructions to provide my tenants. I next spoke with Val and we concluded our business transaction easily and efficiently with a clear start date for the work to be done. On the day of, I was called by Tucker who again, was communicative, efficient and thorough. When we met, he was complimentary of the prep accomplished and when I needed clarity on what was actually going to happen to the insects to be eradicated, he demystified the science into simple understandable terms, which I very much appreciated. While the work will not be fully not completed until the second follow up treatment is applied, the experience thus far has been stellar. What I value as much as an effective result, is communication. Prompt, pleasant, efficient and truthful. This has been my experience engaging Eco Serve. Many thanks.

This company was excellent! The work was just done today so fingers crossed the problem is solved! We had nasty yellow jackets. Jacques was excellent!!!! Very customer service friendly. This was the only company where an actual human answered the phone without going through a million automated choices. Everything went as we were told. Reasonable prices and great work. And may I repeat…. I reached a human, and I nice one.

He was so nice. My experience with this company is great. The man who answered the phone was nice and he explained everything to me. When Clayton got to my house today he told me exactly what he was going to do. When he was finished he also told me that if I see any bees after 10 days to call the company and they will come again with no charge.

Madeleine did a thorough inspection of the house before proceeding to spray the point of entry of the yellow jackets nesting near our front door. She was very knowledgeable and professional.
