I contacted Dan to help us remove squirrels from our attic. I say squirrels because I felt & knew there were more than one. Dan came and put up trap, when he texted me that he was returning and I should write a check for cash, I informed him they were still in the house. His response was no they're out, your house is sound and it's probably mice. He removed the trap and put up a metal flashing, well now we have a bigger hole on the side of my house that the squirrel chewed through. UGHHH!

My wife contacted Dan about our squirrel issue, he said he would come out and take a look. In which he did and stated he can get the squirrels out without going in the house. He set a one way trap for a week. The day he was coming back to take the trap down and seal the holes. We heard squirrels in the attic still. He told my wife that it was probably mice. Well Dan the squirrel chewed a bigger hole nexr to where you placed the metal flashing. So you took our money and we still have the problem! Yeah not ok! Don't worry we will never call you again. Oh and you had my wife write you a check for cash.

My problem with sugar gliders in my walls was taken care of efficiently.

Called for an estimate and the owner Dan spent the first 5 min yelling and lecturing me on how we underestimated the problem and it would cost thousands and take months and multiple visits to fix. Definitely avoid, this is a nightmare of a company!!! Our issue was one family of small birds. I also had the issues fixed for about 1/10th of what his quote plus site assessment fee was. 👌

Ridiculous would never use them. Owner makes appointments and then forgets about them. I hate people that run bussiness this way. 2 apts made and both no show no call. I saw cards up at my job and I removed them because I wouldn't want to subject other customers to such bad service .

Terrible customer service. I don't know which answering service you guys contracted, but they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they hang up on me twice the third time I called, a guy told me to "deal with it cause we can't do anything for you". I honestly don't know how they are still open for business, because clearly no business actually gets done.

Great service - 2 very pleasant gentlemen came to my home to inspect for a raccoon. i had a very very bad experience with a raccoon having a litter in my attic a couple of years ago with Orkin being so incompetent that the babies died in my attic, rotted, stank, and then maggots were dropping into my bedroom!!! The wall needed to be torn out. These servicemen were entirely professional, explained their service, and I feel comfortable that their assessment was correct.
