We receive the 360 pest control and couldn't be happier with Ehrlich. At $70/month, quarterly checks, and any check we need any time in-between, the price and care is optimal for our budget and peace of mind. Our home was empty for a year-plus before we purchased it, and needed special attention, Ehrlich got us back on track quickly. Logs on our home have completely disintegrated from severe carpenter ant infestation despite having Ehrlich Pest Control (formerly Liberty Pest Control) serving our home for more than 15 years!! And after 48 hours of reporting this I still have NOT received a call from escalation regarding the property damage!!! We just had the tech out on July 10th and he didn't catch this despite spraying the home and "treating" for ants i told him we kept seeing. Not what i would call great or even competent

A little over an hour ago today - Wednesday, June 18, 2025 - I was driving on Route 94 leaving Chester headed toward Washingtonville. Though the speed limit is 55 there was a line of vehicles behind a truck pulling a long flatbed. The truck was clearly visible to the line of cars stuck behind it and we were all forced to slow down to about 40 mph. A JC Ehrlich Pest Control vehicle - tag no. 40705ND - tailgated me for over a mile and then sped up to go around me - not that he had anywhere to go!
