A1 No Nonsense Pest Control

I’ve had the crew from A1 out at my house a few years now and i can say that they are fantastic. It’s usually an emergency like today, where my wife found four yellow jackets in our bedroom and a bonus fifth with her bare foot in her croc, or a few years ago when i summoned an entire brood of bald faced hornets to my deck with the power of rock and roll. You see, they hold a grudge against the person who makes them angry. so i was locked inside bee jail while they enacted revenge on my bluetooth speaker. Despite my frequent year after year calls screaming “bees!” They always come over same day and are really quick, super professional and really friendly. In an age of no call / no show or unreliable contractors Im lucky to have found the crew from A1

These folks were seriously great—the whole team! From calling in, to admin outreach, to the technicians themselves, everyone provided service that was courteous, respectful and made me feel very valued as a customer. They were super respectful about my property and space too, asking permission for everything they wanted to do. Dan and Devon came and were in and out in 30 min, destroying a Yellowjacket nest that was in a hard to reach spot under my deck. They thanked me afterward for my business and even for some feedback I had given their admin a few days prior about their website. They seemed to genuinely care about their customers. Even gave me a parting gift of an electric bug swatter! Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

Steve and his staff are excellent. I have been using them for about seven years now I think since I moved to the area. Every time they are here, they thoroughly address my concerns and are a pleasure to do business with. They are here every year whether it be for huge black ants outside that sometimes make their way inside, or wasps that are constantly invading my eaves and siding, or mice that find new ways to get in every few years. They would have to go out of business before I would use a different company... highly recommended!

Between Steve (the owner) his son Dan, or the other guy I’ve dealt with (also named Dan) this company has been absolute professionals, hard, fast, accurate working. They’re compassionate, understanding, and give great knowledge to help further mitigate any issues. They are my go to company for critter and bug issues!

Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He found 2 flying squirrels right away and went to work to seal up where they could be coming in from. Daniel was very professional and polite. We would highly recommend them and plan on using them, 100%, for any other pest or insect issues we will have.

No response to phone calls after he said he would show on a Monday, no time given. Wasted an entire day waiting for him to show. Never heard back from him.
