He was very, very thorough and explained us the cause of the issue as well! He also looked at everything in detail and clearly explained to us where the issue was coming from, where some of the potential future problem areas can be and helped us prevent it early.

We had an excellent experience with their service! Charles was particularly impressed by how thorough they were and the use of advanced technology during the entire process. It gave us confidence that everything was handled professionally and with great care. Wendy would like to give a special shout-out to Dario, the technician. He spent a lot of time going through the process, explaining each step in detail without rushing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly throughout the job. His thoroughness and clear communication made the whole experience seamless. We highly recommend their services!

I have to say that I am very impressed that they responded and I was going to change to 3 stars, but the response was very nice and they provided a contact number. So, I think taht deserves 4. I gave them a bad 1-star review before and fair is fair, so I am changing it. Once our property manager got invoved, it seems that their technician started doing actual work. I appreciate that. I am not sure why their tech refused to spray roach spray, but it seems that he required clear instructions to come and do so. He was NOT showing up in apartments and was disapearing each time he came into the building -- like disapearing outside, not in the building. Apparently, their receptionist also did not care and clearly said so to me over the phone. It is probably a good pest control company, but they have useless people working the phone and technicians are not clearly instructed. The one who came to Brighton 2nd needs to be changed for sure. He was refusing to spray and even walked out on the day of service without doing anything at all. He had to be instructed to come back and spray. WTH? Do they not know why they come to the buildings? Anyway, the girl on the phone was clear that she does not care either. However, once Colony actually started doing work in the building, the property is getting much better. So, Colony, please change the technician and the girl answering phones to staff who are a bit more sensitive to the needs of clients who are infested and in panic mode. She phone lady clearly stated that Colony NEVER uses any roach sprays and only puts nasty gels and roach bait stations, which we do not need! She did not care about the building's need for spraying. Once again, thank you Colony for responding to the bad review and clearifying that your good reviews are not purchased. Also, thank you for finally doing what should've been done in the first place!

Don’t waste your money with this company. They have no interest in solving the problem. In fact they don’t want to solve the problem because their only interest is making money. The more times they have to come the better. Very disappointing. Will never use again. There are more ethical companies.

This company used to be good. NOT ANY MORE. They are a rip off. You do not need to pay hundreds of dollars to randomly Set our traps. They come late for appointments and then rush and do not inspect property properly. It is such a pity that the quality Has gone downhill so much. People answering the phone are nasty and rude and misinformed. This is by far the worst experience with a pest control company. You need to find another company. Technician was in a hurry and said he would come back for free. Nobody in the company knew about this. Terrible experience. And this is a 20 year old account.

We take great pride in the professionalism and thoroughness of our team, so it’s concerning to hear that you felt otherwise as after listening to the calls, our team was never once rude/misinformed.<br>We regret any delays you experienced in our Tech arriving to your location and apologize if our technician appeared rushed. You were told prior to him arriving that he was having issues with parking and you also mentioned you knew this was an issue as there is no parking in the area.<br>We aim to handle each appointment with care and attention, and we are sorry if this was not reflected during your service. Whilst onsite our technician identified issues and suggested solutions, but it seems these were not addressed as per your preference to have him not do so. Please note that placing traps is a standard and effective part of our pest control process amongst inspecting and treating, based on our findings.<br>Regarding the follow-up visit - It appears there may have been a misunderstanding, as the recommendation was for a follow-up service, not a free return visit. <br>We've made several attempts to reach you by phone to discuss this matter, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to connect. This company is the absolute worst. No communication at all back from them in over a week. They'll make you print out and sign all types of forms, and then never return any phone calls. I thought this was a professional company, but i wasted over 2 weeks trying to get an exterminator to my home. Meanwhile i called another exterminator, and after 5 minutes schedule an appointment for FREE as well. I had to review their contracts and proposals with my lawyer, all for an exterminator. How does that make any sense?

The system notes show that you contacted our office for a quote on 3/11/2024, our services were discussed, a proposal was emailed to you the following day. You resent it on 3/14. Our office spoke with you on 3/15 and told you, we will look at the schedule and get back to you with availability. It is our policy to have the documents sent, wait for them to be returned executed, before we proceed with scheduling a service for our clients.
