I don’t trust colony to do quality work or good business. We called colony in April of 2023 suspecting termites. We took their inspector’s “expert” opinion when he said we didn’t have termites. In April of 2024, the same insects came pouring into my home by the dozen. These are clearly termites. I tried negotiating with colony in good faith so we could finally resolve this issue. They insisted there was nothing they could do to waive another inspection fee, which we paid last year, nor could the

The staff at Colony was so pleasant and on the ball. They responded quickly and got us on the schedule as soon as they could--and when an earlier appointment opened up, they let us know. Tom came to our house and was super professional and nice and easygoing. He addressed our issues and answered our million questions patiently.
