I really like their philosophy and I even saw an interview with the founder but unfortunately I've only been able to get in touch with their calling service. And I tried three times. The person on the phone didn't even know that Long Island City was in Queens. He thought it was in Long Island. He lived outside of the US so I can't blame him for not knowing . I wish I could just talk to the people who will actually do the work. Otherwise I feel I'll just get some random Tech. I want to get a sens

I have used this company multiple times for different old, pest infested prewar apartments and they're always able to come up with creative and effective solutions at keeping roaches and rodents out of my apartment even if they're present in the building. They've helped more than any super or landlord hired exterminator. A huge huge shoutout to Samuel, Kenny, Jonah, and David. These guys are great and clearly care so much about and take pride in their work. And also just to mention Gen - she's s
I would recommend MMPC to everyone. They excelled in customer service, organization, ability to explain different approaches and options for the infestation. Gen was our point of contact and was so quick to answer all communication. I got connected with Morgan and Will for general questions I had and they answered knowledgeably and with so much patience. Kevin was the project manager and went so far above and beyond, he was a star. Lastly the team of technicians were friendly and professional da
This company was incredible from start to finish. I keep a clean place and sealed major cracks but still had a roach issue so I decided to call M&M. They were so helpful and accommodating from the beginning. I did the assessment and extermination treatment and Samuel (the teammate they sent) was meticulously thorough and kind, giving me helpful tips along the way, and we were able to find the source - a crack in the radiator. I hope to never need them again but if I do, they'll be the first peop
We had a pretty bad infestation stemming from a neighboring apt. M&M was on top of it immediately from the time I called. Having these invaders in your home is a major pain and headache, but these guys turned my nightmare into a pretty easy solution. Prompt, professional, thorough and eradicated my problem in one shot.
I had a wasp nest that looked like it was straight out of a horror movie. They handled it from a seriously impressive distance with some crazy long-range sprayer. I felt zero percent in danger of being swarmed, which was the goal.

“The pest inspector who came was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. But M&M’s back office is a mess, so much so it makes me not want to hire them again. It’s been six weeks since my visit and they still haven’t cashed the check I gave them. I’ve followed up many times. They tried to pin it on the fact that the inspector who took the check was out sick for a bit, but he returned to work two weeks ago and the company still hasn’t processed my payment.
