Aside from the fact that Philip and the rest of the crew at Thomas pest control are professional and kind, the type of preventative services they provide have led to a noticeable decrease in pests around our home. Couldn't recommend more.

Great service! I’m very happy with the experience. They were easy to contact, super polite, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them! They provided a detailed breakdown of the inspection, and after the pest treatment, they also sent helpful advice on how to prevent future issues. I had thomas pest take care of a bee hive in my garage in summer of 2024. Service was paid for the same day. In May 2025 I saw a charge on my credit card for $200+ . I called thomas and was told they came to my residence in March and sprayed. I told them we did not authorize it, never saw anyone, no notice was left and we did not have a contract with them. I was told they would check into it and issue a refund. I followed up all summer and got the run around. In october i was told a check, had been mailed out BUT it had been mailed to an incorrect address and that I needed to wait until they could verify that it wasn't cashed. I didn't understand why they didn't just put the refund back on my credit card. I've given them 3 months to reissue the check. I called again this week in February 2026. Explained the whole situation to another person in the office and was told somebody would call me back the same day The runaround again. I'm not giving up on this because I am entitled to that refund. I will be calling them again in a few days. just feel that other people need to know how Thomas pest treats some of their customers.

A refund check was issued in October based on the information we had at the time. I had cancelled my service from you last fall after a one time treatment. I do not appreciate your sending out a serviceman to my house without my agreement. When someone called at 7:15am and woke me up on a Saturday morning, that 'he is on his way' I thought it was a SPAM call and hung up. Half an our later I see someone spraying around my property! I do not want those toxic chemicals around my property without any reason for it. If I see him around my house again, expect a law suit! Mrs. Krushelnycky

DaMere seemed to be very professional and respectful. I believe he did a thorough job, but want to reserve full judgement until after the 2nd visit. I would definitely request him to work again.

These guys must never be late to an appointment given the way they drive their vans around like they are formula 1 race cars. If you’re looking to get cut off on a highway these guys are your company.
