Professional, on time, polite. Very satisfied with Pestmaster service, we have had their service probably 10 years or so!
Fred was our first contact and he was very helpful with answering questions and setting up our first treatment in our new house. Marcus was our guy who treated the inside and outside of the house. At the beginning of Covid lockdown I was absolutely overrun by mice in my Dutchess county home. I hired pest masters and have not seen a mouse since. I’m serious! I highly recommend them.

PestMasters is a great company. Christopher specifically a great technician. Always on time, never forgets to check things and always gives you enough information about what he has done and what needs to be done ahead of the seasons. I highly recommend them who needs pest control services.

Hector, on repeated visits, is Aces+++++. He is professional, friendly, focused and great at explaining what he is doing, so I have a better understanding of the process. The best thing about Hector is he cuts to the chase. He is efficient and detailed with his words, getting the point across in short order, without ever sacrificing any important information. I was a loyal customer for several years, but all I have had is issues with them this year. They sent a new tech out for my 1st tick treatment, and he used a very small amount of the wrong product on only part of my property. When the tech came out for the 2nd tick treatment, I told him to thoroughly treat the shrub by the pool since I've actually seen ticks when out there. He lightly sprayed around the pool and then got in his truck and left. I called the company right away and told them what he did. I ended up with ticks on me the following morning when out there and had to treat the area MYSELF. THEN I got an email that they charged me for it! They can't charge me until AFTER the service is actually done.

The service tech left my gate door open AGAIN, second time. I am disabled and have a service dog, it is critical that my gate be closed so that my dog doesn’t get out and lost. The tech already did this once in September, they apologized and said they made notes on my account to make sure it would not happen again and now again it happens. I will be canceling my service because this is inexcusable.

I did not know that the Pestmaster person was coming on the day of the service. Apparently (s)he came, but neither my husband nor I were home. Therefore, the interior of our house was not serviced. I do not think it fair to charge us for a service we did not fully get! Please send someone to service the interior of our house since you were already paid.

I was sitting in my office with my fan on ,the tech sprayed insecticide thru the window.
Regular service plus the tech sprayed for wasps on our deck on Tuesday. However we still have aggressive wasps on the deck. They come at me every time I go out there.
Adam came to do an inspection. Adam explained the procedure of collection and then examination of specimens. I’m waiting for a determination of what the pest is. Adam recommended to continue regular cleaning of space until then. Overall I was satisfied with the inspection and process however… Update: Adam never contacted me after the initial inspection. Upon a further inspection from another company the problem was identified and treated.

Pestmaster is a joke and totally unreliable from my experience. I called them and spoke with Ashley and made and appt for Monday morning between 10-12noon and no one showed up. I called at 12:45p and the old lady on the phone said she couldn't hear me and to call back. I called Back and no one answered and got the service and gave them my information and service needed and whoo and behold no one ever called back. I say F them and talked to a local pest control service in Orange County and no am all set. If you want to be disappointed use these people!

As the facilities manager for a healthcare company it’s my responsibility to hire companies and ensure the proper work is performed. My staff and patients were getting stung so this was a serious and high priority issue and I made them aware of this. I hired Pestmaster 3 weeks ago to eradicate a serious yellow jacket problem at one of my facilities in Kingston. Over that span I had to call them back 4 times to find and remove the hive(s). They never found the hives, I did. I have now hired another company to remove them. They were in and out without finding the hives. All the techs they sent obviously did not do a diligent search and effort in finding and removing the bees. Needless to say, I found their service to be less than professional and not worth the guarantee they purportedly tout. I would not hire, or recommend them.
