Sureshot Termite & Pest Control

My parents hired Sure Shot Pest Control for mice extermination.Unfortunately,my own interventions was necessary to resolve the mice issue completely. However, the owner (Mahmood) made things right and refunded my parents money, which I appreciated.I want to share my experience to help other customers. My advice is to place the company’s white poison baits on glue traps to easily catch and dispose dead mice,otherwise mice will be dead in unknown locations causing a horrible odors.Unfortunately, this happened to my parent’s home. Hire a private handyman to identify and close exterior holes.Company does not find exterior holes.My parents had exterior holes covered with foam and cement. Interior holes can be closed with steel wool and aluminum tape, baseboard holes and radiator holes silicone caulking or patch up kit for holes on walls, foam sealer around pipes and to fill major holes in walls.I googled and watched YouTube to help them. Precaution do not use steel wool, aluminum tape or foam around radiators as it is a fire hazard.Heat resistant silicone caulking was used for gaps between radiator and hardwood.I had to do a lot of research to help my parents so wanted to share to help others. The technician was helpful in identifying some major holes.My parents kept Lulucatch glue trap outside those holes and replaced until all mice stopped coming out.Lulucatch glue trap has peanut butter smell and is non toxic and did the job. But complete home inspection you would need to hire a handyman for.The technician found holes behind the fridge,stove and boiler area which helped in identification of some holes, but there were many more. My advice to a future customer is to place their white poison baits on glue trap (outside the holes they identify) so you can remove the dead mouse easily.Keep changing glue traps (with dead mouse) for a week until the mice stop coming and then close the holes.Get exterior holes identified and closed as well. My parents house is now mice free.Sure Shot helped start the process to resolve the issue.

This companies employees have a nasty demeanor. I am at a local business when this very rude person from the company berated me in front of other people just because of the line. If people want to be rude they shouldn’t wear company logos. Makes me never want to hire them for a service

I cannot sing praises enough for our exterminator, Shahin. He has always been incredibly friendly, super helpful, and very responsive to our pest issues. Recently, when my roommates’ dog escaped our unit and I got locked out chasing him down with no phone, he went above and beyond by enlisting help from other tenants to let us use the fire escape to get back in my unit. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The service professionals always show up on time. When I call for an appointment they can always get me somebody and work with my availability. People who answer there phones are nice and polite, once there was small issues on service they connect me with the top guy who personally visit the location to see what was the issue and resolved it next day With No EXTRA COST! They do an amazing job, always very professional, and never mind answering questions. I highly recommend them!! 👍👌
