Excellent customer service! Called in a panic due to a large bee in my apt and they came right away and took care of it, and also went the extra mile to look at my windows and sealed up where an opening was found by my A/C. Many thanks to Mitchell!

Nice people for sure. Came once and did a cursory follow-up a few weeks after. Month later and mouse problem still exists. I would recommend that they at least do a follow up call. We felt that after two visits it was over and out.

Family-owned local pest service, recommended. They helped me get rid of yellow jackets (wasps) infestation in an exterior window area in summer 2025, with some wasps coming inside the house as well. The pest service came and sprayed with a 60-day guarantee (if I recall correctly). The yellow jackets colony shrank but grew back in a few days. So they came a second time a couple weeks later to spray. After some time the yellow jackets unfortunately returned. Finally they came a third time and did a thorough spraying both inside and outside the house, and that was the end of the colony after a week. I appreciated their coming back a few times to make sure the job was done properly.

After stocking up from the wholesale club I started noticing a roach here and there. Contacted Mccann exterminating after trying to rid them on my own. They treated my kitchen and other areas. Had a follow up to reapply and inspect the traps. Haven’t seen a roach since, thank you to John Mccann and his crew for the job well done. Professional, courteous and effective. Will use them again for sure.

My mom’s apartment was crawling with roaches. Not just the kitchen but on her at night!! Yikes!! It’s a building problem and they just come up from the floors below no matter how many traps and sprays we used. Then the McAnn company came in and it was like a miracle. We went from having roaches crawling everywhere to an occasional visit from a passing insect. The man who came was determined not just to do our apt but also spray in the hallways and around the garbage chute in the hallway. Because the building has an issue we may never fully be rid of these pests but McAnn made our apt livable again. Thank you! I highly recommend!!

I had an ant problem that my wife and I attempted to treat ourselves, after about a week or so and still suffering from them we called John J. McCann. John himself came the next day with another gentleman and both were very respectful of my home and addressed the matter promptly. I was expecting to see a few ants over the next day or so until there was none but to my surprise there were ZERO that night and following morning. I looked in all the places that gave us incredible frustration and again ZERO ANTS! I cannot recommend them high enough, if you need a talented and effective exterminator, please look no further and give John a call.

Extraordinarily kin, professional and personal service.

McCann had done the termite treatment on a house before I moved in. They did a great job replacing some support beams in the basement with steel due to the damage that the termites had caused. They not only do pest control but they also do some construction work. I hired them to put up dry wall in 2 rooms, their price was very fair and competitive and they were on point with the projected deadline. The job was completed and I would hire them again if I need any construction help.

Fast next day service. John was very honest about my situation and extremely helpful. I appreciate the quick turnaround time and wonderful service!
