I have been using Pride Pest Control for several years, and their service has consistently been excellent. The technician is always punctual, courteous, and professional. He carefully completes a sign-in sheet each visit to document which apartments were serviced and which tenants declined service—an essential step for maintaining the health and safety of everyone in the building. They are very accommodating when it comes to rescheduling and are always willing to provide extra service when needed. Pride Pest Control also treats the exterior of the building and the backyard, which makes a big difference. They are easy to contact and always return calls promptly. I especially appreciate how transparent and helpful they are in providing a list of the chemicals they use, as well as offering alternative treatment methods when requested. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable, and truly excellent at what they do. Friendly, polite, and always willing to work with my needs. I look forward to continuing to use Pride Pest Control in the future. An excellent company with great people.
