I have lived in my home for many years and have never had a problem with mice as bad as I have this year. Mike was wonderful, he went all over my kitchen, Basement and my garage, looking for points of entry, setting traps as he went..... I think the worst of it is over now. We will keep an eye on it! Disappointed because when you call for your warranty they always deny and say that they won’t come. Tech missed half of my house. I have cameras and watched her just walking by. For the hundreds of dollars I spend a year I think they should provide better service. Starting to regret all of the recommendations I’ve given to friends and neighbors…..

Update: I’m grateful for the quick follow up by Optimum Pest Pros to help address the issue in my original review. They installed new traps and extended the service by another two weeks which I appreciate. No voles were caught but I appreciate the effort to try to make things right. Original review: I’m disappointed. We paid hundreds of dollars for their rodent removal service to help address voles in our backyard. While I appreciate they extended laying out traps by an additional week, they only caught one mouse and tried to upsell us on indefinite trap placement for an ongoing monthly fee. They have no clear quality/work guarantee which makes it feel like I was scammed as a customer since they did not meaningfully address this issue we hired them for and have not offered a refund or any other solution.

Good Afternoon Bianca! I am the owner, Jeff. I see your service did just end recently so you do still have a 30-day warranty to utilize, I just wanted to preface this message with that. Our technicians recommendation of rolling into a year round maintenance that included rodents was only because you currently receive sprays with us and he was trying to bundle the two for better cost. That would have been only if you were moving forward with both rodents and insects. We do strive for better results so I apologize it has taken us longer than scheduled to resolve your issue but I will let the office know that we need to honor the warranty that you are currently under, I'm assuming that they did not deny you a return service as you are under warranty still. Someone from our office will follow up but in the event you would like to speak with me directly my cell phone is 585-506-2786. I will try to improve this experience for you
