Update: I’m grateful for the quick follow up by Optimum Pest Pros to help address the issue in my original review. They installed new traps and extended the service by another two weeks which I appreciate. No voles were caught but I appreciate the effort to try to make things right. I have lived in my home for many years and have never had a problem with mice as bad as I have this year. Mike was wonderful, he went all over my kitchen, Basement and my garage, looking for points of entry, setting traps as he went..... I think the worst of it is over now. We will keep an eye on it! Your help was invaluable and I thank you very much.
