RICH from Excelsior Pest group was able to come the same day I called cause he was in the area and had a short break between customers. I was extremely happy he could come right away. The yellow jackets were buzzing while building a huge nest that was next to my front door entrance. RICH was very professional and super nice. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He texted me the approximate arrival time and also when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time and throughly explained everything. I highly recommend Excelsior Pest group. I am a happy satisfied customer who will use them in the future. Thank you very much!

Been using the service for a couple of years now, and it's been wonderful. No issues. We saw some new rodent poop, and Excelsior came out right away and updated their treatments. We have two dogs, and the products Excelsior use are find with animals. The technicians apply them, and we just have to make sure the dogs don't go near them for a couple of hours, then it's fine. A couple of times we had some dead mice outside in the yard near the trap stations, and one of my dogs got into them; but the dog was fine and didn't get sick at all. The annual subscription service is definitely worth it.
