Joe Miller did an incredible job thoroughly inspecting my apartment. He got into hard to reach and see places and spent time, showing extreme attention and care. He explained so much to me about how mice behave and I feel more empowered and relaxed having had him do his work in here. Would definitely recommend Joe!!!

Thank you Lou, Best service I ever experienced, plus he is a very well spoken man. Nothing is better than having a person you can trust coming into home and doing an excellent job. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Very nice guy as well, great all around.

I give Louis D. 5 stars! He was thorough in identifying the specific type of pest/insect invasion, in sealing likely points of entry to prevent future pests, and in carefully spraying to eliminate remaining pests. Importantly, Louis was informative, polite, and respectful of the premises.

We have a small cockroach infestation and OnGuard helped us out with it. Louise the technician helped by asking relevant questions and explaining the process of pest elimination. He gave proper advice on what needs to be done to get permanent results. Will definitely reach out again if needed.
