Rob from Terminex has been our rep for a few years now does a great job. Always communicates before his appointment. Seems to go the extra mile for us. He really helped us with a billing issue that turned out not to be with terminex but another company. Highly recommend their service and Rob.

As usual Rob did a very thorough job and completed this service in a neat professional manor. He called in advanced and as in the past was awesome. Rob is very polite and answers my questions to my satisfaction. Another great job, thanks Rob.

I've been a Terminix customer for over 10 years. They are expensive and financially inflexible, like a tax. Well organized, though. A few years ago I had one instance where they missed a large nest of ants who did $500 worth of damage. That was at a time when every Terminix inspection was done by a different technician, and some were not thorough. Once we switched to always having the same inspector, Rob, thing greatly improved. UPDATED July 2025: When Rob Kirkland comes to treat my house, he pays attention, thinks about what needs to be done, and talks to me about it. Thanks to him, I knew about multiple small weak spots in the siding and trimming that I got repaired before they became serious infestation problems. Not all technicians at Terminix are like that. If yours comes and goes and does not even talk to you, you need to contact the company and tell them. When I hear that a different inspector is being scheduled for me, I always decline and ask for Rob. That way I know the service will be thorough and intelligent.

Great performance by Terminix delivery person.

Super unprofessional. I scheduled a service on Sunday for Wednesday between 10am and 12pm and received a message an hour and a half before that they would not be available, but could reschedule for 5-6 days later.

I slept through my appointment due to getting home from work in the middle of the night. They were very nice and came two days later. Very professional and explained everything they did and all my options.

Samuel came to my house to tour potential bats/birds, and I can’t say enough about his knowledge, professionalism, and overall experience. He was wonderful, and highly recommend him.

Martin McGuane, Terminix Service Technician is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is always willing and ready to answer any questions that I may have regarding any aspect of the services being provided. Martin takes his job very seriously. He cares and ensures that the services he provides are of the utmost importance and are satisfactory to the customer. I have been a customer with Terminix for several years now. The services by Terminix are being performed not only as a maintenance each quarter, but also as a preventative measure as well. And I can be assured that my interests and investments in my home are well taken care of from the services that have been performed by Martins McGuane's skills and expertise. Thank You Martin!

I don’t normally write reviews, let alone bad ones, but they deserve less than one star. They are a predatory company, taking advantage of homeowners. My dog got really super sick a few days after they sprayed - called to cancel and they told me it is not possible due to the bundle that I purchased unless I pay the rest of the term. So now I’m stuck with a $1200 vet bill and a $700 cancellation fee? And all they had to say to themselves was “well you signed the contract”. I also signed something saying that it was safe for pets yet here we are. Let’s not even get into the scare tactics the salesperson used to get me to get the termite service… there are no termites in NY. My mistake there but still, he knew that as an “expert”. Avoid at all costs if you can - they are horrible.

Shady as hell. Had a kid come out to provide treatment and unbeknownst to us and without explaining himself put us into a year long contract. I called and demanded refund, but was told they need to perform an ethics investigation before they’ll considering refunding my money. The initial inspection showed OLD termite activity and yet they recommended treatment, which was then required by the lender we are refinancing with. When we got treatment they took advantage. Don’t trust these clowns. Just don’t even call them.

Always a great service. My tech communicates great about everything. He is very kind JEFFERY,RAHMAN is amazing! He’s been coming to my house for over 2 years. I’m grateful that it’s the same guy every time. He listens to any issues I have and gives great advice

Very disappointed with the scheduling and communication. I booked an appointment for pest control due to an active rodent issue. The technician called the day of to say he would be late, then ended up canceling and rescheduling me for the next morning at 8am. The next day, there was no show, no call, and no response to my calls or emails. Later, I was told the appointment was moved again to a 1–5pm window without clear communication. When you’re dealing with an urgent pest problem, reliability and communication matter. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Rob was super, he took care of the ant problem. Always professional, safe and dependable.
