I was very disappointed with Big R & J. I chose them because I wanted to support a local business; even though other companies like Terminix offer free inspections. Unfortunately, that choice turned out to be a mistake. I scheduled a paid pest inspection after seeing their positive reviews. The technician confirmed evidence of mice in my home and mentioned some possible entry points. However, he didn’t offer any services to address the problem. Bed bugs: I own apartment buildings, they treated one unit and there were bites for 2 nights after. I did my own research and it appears that is normal and by the 3rd night no problems. 3 months later still no problems. I have called upon them again, and they are treating a different unit. I 100% reccomend them to everyone affected by them. Their price come w a guarantee. They treated a building for me for $400 (2- three bedroom units) Terminex wanted $2300 and another bug killer wanted $1800. T

I was a little sceptical initially, but my worries were allayed after seeing the positive results. The gentleman gave specific instructions, and advised that most, if not all of the time the pest problem is not resolved, its because instructions were not followed correctly. I am extremely satisfied with my results. I dont believe you can get these results for the price they offer anywhere else.
