So I emailed these guys and had someone to call me back getting a price for getting weeds only in my yard and they said they couldn't do it because they only are taking on promo customers for weed and pest. I asked this guy Stephen if it was possible just to get the weeds and he said no because we are only doing Pest and weed customers right now we are no longer taking any new customers at this time for just weeds only what kind of business do you expect to have if a customer can't have what they want and is forced to get both Services when you don't need both I understand that you're trying to upsell so your business could grow but it's ridiculous to give a customer what they don't want and what they don't need. They said it's a discount for weeds for six months and 45 each month after that for 12 months. Which is $540 for pest control only, and I would have to pay that because it's contracted in. How do you expect a VETERAN with limited income to pay for something they don't want or need. This guy told me there is no exceptions to take on new customers that only need weed control. I think he's just trying to upsell me. I'm definitely going to take my business elsewhere.

I had both the weed and pest subscription for over a year and they did fairly well, but this past spring/summer has been terrible trying to reach someone and get them to come spray weeds during multiple scheduled appointments. Nobody showed up. I don't know what changed, but I canceled all services because I need a more reliable service. The techs were very nice when they did show up though.

I have been having pest techs coming to my house for a while. But I have not been getting the best service since the beginning of 2022. I am writing this review in regards to the amount of different bugs crawling through my house. It’s getting to be a big issue and I keep my house clean. In just the last 10 minutes I have seen and killed 2 different kinds of pests. There are so many pests and I would love this problem solved with a thorough spraying to get rid of these pests. I am not happy or pleased with the service nor the quality.

I had some rats due to being out of town during the Pandemic. I called a professional.... I thought..to Remediate the rats. That is what I understood a professional Vector control person does. . He came out, looked around, set two rat snap traps and said he would be back to empty them and set outside bait stations. I never heard back until after I called twice. When he was there he moved nothing, did nothing to remediate the rats. Guess what ?? I can set rat traps !!! That is not what I signed on for.

In late Feb a pestech technician came to do their quarterly service of pest control and weed control maintenance. After completion of this the tech said can I show you some damage from the hose for spray. In the front yard the dual spigot was busted beyond repair and I told the tech no problem it was clearly an accident. Then we proceeded to my backyard where i found my antique 9 ft 1940 circa Victorian lamp post broken.. I worked with Amber trying to find a way to repair They sent a welder out but later they decided to make an insurance claim and would get the ball rolling. No one came from pestects to see the damage first hand. Not even the person who is paying for this damage I found that unusual. For approx 2 months I keep asking for updates and trying to get his resolved before a planned vacation we are taking 4/28. At this point I felt this was not a priority to them and no consideration that the vacation is fast approaching. After 2 months of me following up to get updates I was told they decided to make a insurance claim. I followed up on this new proposal of an insurance claim and here came the excuses. I heard Sorry we are very short staffed and Steven is doing routes in Farmington. I was told the "insurance company only makes contact via email to Steven who is not in the office to see if any correspondence arrive. . I explained that I understood business I am restaurant owner and insurance companies and agents can be phoned or go into the agents office. Something has to used beside e mail . At this point, to be honest my issue was not a priority to the company at all I felt. To this date i have no adjuster or insurance company name other than my own homeowners ALLSTATE. whom I have now made the claim spoke to my agent all in the same day. This is how insurance works. I finally told by the office person via text.. . "Like I have said multiple times sir. I absolutely will let Steven and Amber know. This is the exact same response I have gotten from her 3 prior times. the person sending the texts to me made the that I now have become the PEST.To that end I told this person to cancel all business contracts with Pestechs. One thing I am not is stupid as she implied. This whole incident is at their techs negligence Its their fault for the damage. I did nothing to cause this damage. Any reputable company should not only try to acquire new business but retain the customers they currently have especially when property damage has occurred at their liability. Customer retention is vital for the bottom line. Customer Service is so important in a social media atmosphere. Going the extra mile should be a staple of this type of service . In this circumstance of liability i would love customers to work with me which I did but i became the follow up. Its not the clients fault for the damage. Trust me I was willing to work with them going on 3 months now understanding the pressure of owning a business BUT when your told they are repeating and basically your stupid I have had enough..

Horrible management! If you use them, be sure to check your account statements! They refunded me for the weed service I did not receive, but took the refund back out of my account a few days later. Then when I try to call to contact them, they do not return my calls. I would highly recommend going with another pest control business!

Very disappointed in the quality of service and customer care. We paid for pest and weed control at a “reduced sale rate”. The weed spray has not worked at all. I pulled all the weeds on my property before the treatment and they are growing like crazy. I have not had many bugs so the spray may have worked for them. Scheduled services have not been conducted and when they did show up I did not receive an invoice or any sort of notification that work had been done. The salesman who was going door to door in my neighborhood said that if the work was not to my liking that I could cancel service at no charge. Upon calling the office to cancel I was met with a less than professional secretary who said that I would have to pay the full cost of the services rendered thus far and she would have the owner contact me. I waited 3 days for the owner to reach out to me before writing this review. I highly discourage people from falling for what seems to have been a scam by any pest techs salesman going door to door. I could have bought my own spray and put in 4 hours of work for half the price. If Pest Techs reads this review I would appreciate any sort of communication about this.

Aggressive sales tactics. Disregarded No Soliciting signs. Came twice to our house on the same day. Tried to still push their services after pointing out the No Soliciting sign. Said he saw it but still gave his pitch. No respect!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We called and requested for our service to be re-scheduled, however the tech supposedly came and serviced the house anyway. When we received the bill I called to tell them that I refused to pay, because they did not do a full service. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the owner, yet have never received a call from him. I have been trying to get them to stop sending me a bill for this yet they continue. Furthermore they have never solved the problem they were originally hired for.
