Excellent business. Very affordable and prompt in scheduling a time to spray. We definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a professional and knowledgeable business.

This company has been great to work with this past year and a half. They always return my calls and work the best they can with my schedule. Very reasonably priced. I love that they're chemicals are safe for animals and ar3 very effective on multiple bugs. Would recommend to anyone!

Wanted to go with someone local for exterminator for my house. Talked to someone 2 days ago and was told they would call me back to set up appointment. Still waiting.....no return call! Update....these guys are awesome! I was just impatient and really apologize for the above! Nicest young men I ever dealt with. Great job on explaining everything and great advice!

Update to owner response: I appreciate the response. If you only do window appointments, you should have communicated 3-5pm to ensure that we would be available. I cannot accommodate an unknown request for a new service if I am unaware of your expectations. Did not show for a scheduled appointment, communicated 2hr 14min after the scheduled appointment time after we had coordinated to leave work earlier to accommodate the scheduled time. Do not recommend.

According to our text messages, I had said we could do between 1 & 3. You asked if we could do 3, and I said I am sure I can do that and that I would let you know when we are heading that way. Unfortunately, there are times in the service industry that we may miss 'hard' appts. That is why we ask for a window. Friday was one of those days with appointments, and due to unforseen circumstances, we were running behind an hour or so and were doing our best to get to the service calls before the end of the day. Before we called you to tell you how late we were running, you sent a text at 3:57 saying that you needed to leave, so we did not come by. When I got back to the office at 5:14, I sent a text and apologized for missing you and asked if we could reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. You replied that you are going to go with another company. I understand your frustration, and all I can do is apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and do my best to communicate with new customers.<br><br>As you can tell from our other reviews, we go above and beyond to take good care of our customers. Some in the service industry have 3-4 hour windows for their service calls. We shoot for a +/- 30 min of the requested time. There are always exceptions.<br><br>My public response may or may not suffice to address the lack of communication, or miscommunication. But I hope it gives clarity.
Very good most time. Very great customer service. Easy to work with. The last time they treated a wk or so ago, i think they need come back as still some issues so please call me i just havent had time to holler at u. Thankd
