Never showed up to look at our situation and never called. When we called them to see where they were they said "we had the wrong phone number, we tried to get ahold of you"....we said "then how did you call us to set up the time?".....also when we called to see where they were they said "oh, by the way it's a $150 trip fee to come and see what you have, sorry we forgot to mention that when we called to set up the appointment"....Yeah, NO.
